Return and Refund Policy

Processing Times: 

All orders are processed within 1- 3 business days after purchase. Your order will be shipped within two days after processing. Depending on your selected shipping speed, you should expect to receive your order within 3-10 business days. You will be notified if there is an issue with shipping due to COVID-19. 

Shipping Policies: 

All orders will ship via USPS or UPS with tracking. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once processed by USPS or UPS. Missing packages due to an incorrect address is the customer's responsibility. Don't hesitate to contact us immediately or 48 hours if you receive damaged items. International orders via USPS, UPS, or DHL. If the customer's country charges import duties at the time of import, the customer is solely responsible for the fee of importing goods. 

Returns:  All sales will be final—no returns due to the nature of the product.
